JBM Auto Limited held its 30th Annual General Meeting on 16 September 2026. The company’s electric mobility business continues to scale, supported by a consolidated order book of more than 10,000 electric buses — spanning vehicles already deployed and those under execution.
Among the highlights was a major order for 1,021 electric buses, estimated at approximately ₹5,500 crore. For FY2026, JBM Auto reported consolidated total income of ₹6,227.30 crore, up 12.7% year-on-year, led by growth in its bus segment.
