EV aggregates technology covers the core electric powertrain and energy systems that make an electric vehicle work — battery packs, propulsion systems and charging hardware. JBM designs and manufactures these in-house under the ECOBOLT and ECOFUEL brands.
ECOBOLT is JBM’s smart Li-ion battery system, available in Gen 1.0, Gen 1.5 and Gen 2.0, ranging from 120 kWh to 500 kWh in a highly optimised, modular and compact pack design using long-life, high-energy-density cells.
ECOFUEL is JBM’s EV charging infrastructure brand, covering the chargers and charging network that support electric buses, commercial fleets and personal vehicles.
Packs carry an IP68 rating against dust and water, a built-in smart battery management system compatible with high-voltage and high-power requirements, and multiple safety arrangements including HV fuses and an insulation monitoring device.
Well-to-Wheel means JBM covers the whole chain — e-buses, propulsion systems, battery packs and charging infrastructure — as one engineered solution, targeting zero-emission transport with better comfort, safety and total cost of ownership.
Yes. JBM’s long-life, high-energy-density Li-ion systems are supplied for energy storage as well as marine, RV, backup power and solar applications, where they replace conventional lead-acid batteries — extending sustainable and efficient mobility technology beyond the road.
