Rollout of JBM Ecolife EV Buses Under PM e-Bus Sewa Scheme
To further improve the sustainable public transport infrastructure in the key northeastern areas, 100 units of the 200 units of electric 9-meter low-floor air-conditioned electric buses that were waved off have been deployed in Guwahati, 50 units in Bhavnagar, and 50 units in Nagpur. Now that this expansion has been made, JBM Auto has more than 3,200 electric buses operating around the country.
Millions of people are expected to gain access to clean, reasonably priced, and reliable public transport through the rollout of JBM Ecolife electric buses throughout Guwahati, Bhavnagar, and Nagpur as part of the PM e-Bus Sewa Scheme.
Key Safety Features Of JBM Electric Buses
The JBM Auto’s electric buses, which are built for effective intra-city operations, come equipped with contemporary commuter-focused features including automated doors, CCTV cameras, and accessible features for elderly and disabled passengers. With the help of state-of-the-art depot and charging infrastructure being constructed for smooth operations, they will operate throughout specified routes to improve last-mile connectivity while reducing carbon emissions.
