JBM Ecolife Expands Its Electric Mobility Footprint With New Deployments In Delhi & Gandhinagar

JBM Ecolife and the GMC have inked a strategic agreement for the supply of 100 EV buses under the Government of India’s PM e-Bus Sewa program.

By the end of FY25-26, 40 electric buses will be supplied in the first phase, bringing JBM’s operating fleet in Gujarat to around 500 units of electric buses.

JBM Attains 1000 Buses In Its Electric Bus Fleet In Delhi
Following the inauguration by Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, 103 JBM Ecolife, 9-meter low-floor air-conditioned electric buses were added to the city’s fleet of public transportation commercial vehicles. With this launch, JBM has nearly 1,000 electric buses in Delhi, further solidifying the city’s transition to emission-free urban transportation.

In addition, JBM Ecolife and the Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation (GMC) have inked a strategic agreement for the supply of 100 electric buses under the Government of India’s PM e-Bus Sewa program. By the end of FY25-26, 40 electric buses will be supplied in the first phase, bringing JBM’s operating fleet in Gujarat to around 500 electric buses.

JBM Ecolife Offers 25-Seater EV Buses With CCTV Cameras
JBM Ecolife will provide fully air-conditioned, 25-seater electric buses with CCTV cameras, automated doors, and accessible amenities for elderly and disabled passengers as part of this cooperation. In order to enhance last-mile connections and lower carbon emissions, these eco-friendly buses will travel on approved routes. A state-of-the-art depot and charging infrastructure are being created to ensure smooth operations.
